All CARLTON drive links, tie straps and cutters are fabricated from special alloy steel. This specially engineered steel adds toughness, abrasive resistance and ductility in all kinds of climates. Cutters are plated with hard industrial chrome, which yields superior edge-holding qualities. Cutter drive links and bumper links are shot peened for Increased tensile strength. All saw chain is injected at the rivet bearings with a hypoid lubricant. Every CARLTON saw chain is sharpened after assembly to cut fast. All you need to do is open the box, change your loops and you are ready to go to work.
